OPUS-ISM Acquires Pacific Pharmacy Computers Inc. [05/21/09]
OPUS-ISM has acquired the operating assets of Pacific Pharmacy Computers Inc. (“PPC”). PPC has been providing pharmacy management systems to retail and institutional pharmacy customers in the Western United States for over 30 years. PPC is based in Fresno, CA and has about 400 customer locations. As part of the acquisition, all employees of PPC will become Fresno-based employees OPUS-ISM.
