Electronic Signature Capture
OPUS-ISM’s SigCap electronic signature capture module can be integrated into the pharmacy management or point-of-sale systems. The module allows customers to capture patient signatures for HIPAA compliance, prescription pick-up logs, safety cap designation, program opt-ins and credit transactions (for point-of-sale users).
Electronic signature capture is often mandated by federal and state regulations for various controlled substances. Signature capture may also be required to satisfy pharmacy-related acknowledgment agreements.
Captured signatures may be viewed on pharmacy workstations for verification.
Signatures are quickly and easily retrievable for an audit or other purpose.
Support for third-party, daily signature, and delivery logs is included.
SigCap may be integrated with the OPUS-ISM POS system.
Multiple language support including English and Spanish.
