Hardware Support and Maintenance

We understand that many customers may lack the technical knowledge or the time to administer their systems. In addition to software maintenance that comes standard with all OPUS-ISM products, we offer extended hardware and peripheral systems support and maintenance programs. These programs include both phone support by our highly qualified, US-based support team, as well as on-site maintenance and support as required.

Drug Database Subscription Services

Automated Drug Database Updates

This service provides automated updates of AWP price files, the Drug-to-Drug interaction database, and the DUR database. Both the AWP price files and the databases are automatically updated to ensure your system has access to the most current information available.
